Hypothermia illustrations

I've created a series of illustrations for a parent information leaflet on keeping your baby warm after discharge from a neonatal unit. These illustrations depict how babies can lose heat through four processes: contact with cold surfaces, exposure to cold air or drafts, evaporation from wet skin, and proximity to cold objects like windows or walls. Available under a Creative Commons license, these resources are free for neonatal units to use in their own communications with parents.

Babywearing illustrations

I also created a series of illustration on babywearing including babies in the neonatal unit.

If you work in the neonatal unit, you may want to use babywearing illustrations to encourage skin-to-skin contact for parents. Feel free to tag me on Threads @malgo.frej or send me an email when you use the illustrations. I'm excited to see how you incorporate them in your own unique way.
